EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This Employment Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into as of September 15, 2025 ("Effective Date") by and between CopeTract Yazılım Anonim Şirketi, a corporation organized under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, with its principal office at Kolej Mah. Atatürk Bulv. No: 45, Çankaya/Ankara, Türkiye ("Company"), and John Smith, residing at 123 Green Park Road, London, United Kingdom ("Employee"). Company and Employee may be referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
1. Position; Duties
1.2 Duties. Employee shall diligently perform software development, architecture design, bug fixing, and documentation tasks as described in Exhibit A.
1.3 Best Efforts. Employee will devote full working time and efforts to Company business and comply with all Company policies.
2. Work Location; Hours
2.1 Location. Primary work location is Ankara, Türkiye. Remote work up to three days per week is permitted.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
10. Miscellaneous
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements.
Exhibit A — Job Description
- Develop new, and maintain scalable backend services.
- Contribute to frontend front-end applications.
- Participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Support all contract management modules.
The compensation section should clearly state whether bonuses are discretionary.
